    Who is behind Erseni Scan

A scanner that grades other websites should say who runs it, what it measures and why its scores can be trusted. This page does that.

    01 Operator

    Who we are

Erseni Scan is built and run by Erseni Ltd, a software company registered in Larnaca, Cyprus, and managed by Erik Nissen. The scanner, the scoring and the guides on this site are written in-house; no agency or reseller stands in between.

    02 Scope

    What the scan measures

The scanner opens a public web address the way a browser does and reads what any visitor receives: response headers, the TLS connection, DNS and mail records, the page markup, cookies and the requests to third parties. From that it scores security, privacy, accessibility, search visibility, performance and further categories, and explains every finding in plain language.

It only sees what is public. It does not log in, does not try to exploit anything and gives no legal advice.

Every check and every weight on the methodology page

    03 Independence

    How the scan stays independent

    The scan itself is free

Every check and every score is available without an account and without payment. Nobody has to buy anything to see how a site scores.

    Paying changes no score

Paid plans add PDF export, monitoring and API access. The scoring code does not know which plan a scan belongs to, so a customer site is graded exactly like any other.

    The rules are public

The methodology page is generated from the same code that scores every scan, including its version number. When the rules change, stored scans are scored again under the new version.

    Questions about a result?

If a finding looks wrong for your site, write to us with the scan link. We check it against the page and correct the scanner if it misjudged.
